Students will be introduced gradually into improving cardio, muscle endurance and tendon strength at this introductory stage to increase their vitality and physical conditioning. Participants are closely monitored and will improve all aspects of health after exposure to multiple sessions of these fun interactive classes.
After participants have acquired enough stamina and resilience they will progress to the advanced class where more complex techniques are learned. Students will be engaging in more sparring activities and refinement of technical prowess. Also they will held accountable for an understanding of the club culture and ethics to progress further into mentorship roles.
At a certain level of understanding students will naturally want to give back and help others that are beginning their journey. They will be trained on how to teach novice students and to lead the warm ups and develop a coaching type role in the classes. To graduate and become a coach is not an easy endeavor. Coaches will need to maintain a strict criteria of physical and mental standards.
